Mix all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl and keep aside.
Whisk peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a mixing bowl till light and fluffy.
Mix vanilla extract and dry ingredients in the wet mixture and mix till combined.
Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Make small balls from the dough and keep them on the parchment paper.
Press each ball with a fork dipped in flour in a criss cross fashion. Keep a distance of 2 inch between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, till slightly browned. Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer them to a cooling rack. Cool completely.
Notes
You can use crunchy peanut butter in place of creamy.
