Ingredients

Cooked Rice

White Pepper

Soy Sauce

tablespoon
Roasted Sesame Oil
Instructions
Heat a wok until it is very hot. Add butter in a wok.
Add onion and garlic and fry for a minute.
Now add peas and carrots and saute for a minute.
Push the veggies on the side.
Add whisked eggs in the wok and scramble them.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the veggies.
Add cooked rice, salt, white pepper powder, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil and toss well.
Serve hot with yum yum sauce.
Notes
You can add shredded chicken, shrimp, beef or scallops in this rice.
