These Instant Pot Boiled Peanuts are an easy to make Southern snack that's so addictive. These are salty, vegan, gluten free, low carb and keto too.

Peanuts

Salt

Red Chilli Flakes

Water
Instructions
Wash the peanuts well to remove any dirt.
Add them in the instant pot.
Add salt, chilli flakes and water.
Add the seasoning of your choice and mix everything well.
Close the lid of the instant pot.
Press PRESSURE COOK and set the timer to 30 minutes.
Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release automatically for 10 minutes.
Release the remaining pressure manually.
Open the lid and drain the water.
Serve immediately.
Notes
If using raw peanuts, soak them in water for 3-4 hours.
