Pumpkin Juice is a copycat non-alcoholic punch from the wizarding world of Harry Potter at universal studios. Serve it warm or chilled or spike it with some alcohol for an adult version, this fall drink is going to be a hit.
Combine apple cider, orange juice, pear nectar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a large pot.
Heat on medium-high heat until the juice just starts to boil.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add vanilla extract and mix well. Serve hot or chilled.
Notes
Pass the juice through a fine-mesh strainer if the pumpkin puree has not dissolved properly.Spike it with any alcohol of your choice to make an adult version.You can use apricot or peach nectar in place of pear nectar. If these nectars are not available, you can just puree the fruits with some water and use the puree in the recipe.This recipe can be easily halved, doubled, or tripled.
