This 10 minute Golden Paste will make sure your nourishing and comforting golden turmeric milk is just a minute away. Make a big batch of this anti-inflammatory Indian ayurvedic paste using my simple recipe.

Ingredients

Ground Turmeric

Ground Ginger

Ground Cinnamon

Ground Cloves

teaspoon
Ground Pepper

Water

Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
melted
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except coconut oil in a pan and make a smooth mixture.
Cook for 5-6 minutes until a smooth paste is formed.
Remove the pan from the heat and now add the coconut oil and mix well.
Let the mixture cool down.
Transfer in a clean glass jar and refrigerate for upto 1 month.
Use as required.
Notes
Use an old pan to cook the paste as turmeric might stain it.
