Learn how to make Authentic Thai Iced Tea from scratch using this very simple recipe. The resulting tea is refreshing, creamy and packed with flavours.
Heat water in a pan along with cardamom and cinnamon.
Once the water comes to a boil, switch off the heat.
Add the tea leaves and sugar and let them steep for 2-3 minutes.
Strain the tea.
Add ice in glasses.
Pour the tea until the glass is ¾th full.
Top with condensed milk.
Stir well and serve.
Notes
Use any Black Tea if Thai tea mix is not available.In case you are using regular black tea, add 2 drops of vanilla extract at the end and mix well.Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.You can add more or less condensed milk according to your preference.
