Hibachi Salad Dressing(Japanese Salad Dressing) is a sweet tangy dressing prepared with simple pantry ingredients in 15 minutes. Use it over your favorite salads or as a dipping sauce.
Add all the ingredients to a small food processor or a blender.
Process until mostly smooth.
Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until you have reached the desired consistency.
Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving.

You can replace extra virgin olive oil with avocado oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, light olive oil, or peanut oil.You can replace rice vinegar with white wine vinegar, white vinegar, or lime juice.Red onions add a nice pungent flavor to the dressing. If they’re not available, then use any onion (yellow or white) available in your pantry.
