Ingredients

Granny Smith apple
cored and sliced

cups
water

cinnamon sticks
2
teaspoons
black tea leaves
sweetener of your choice
as required

Instructions
Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat in a large pot.
Once the water is boiling, add the apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the black tea leaves. Let the tea steep for about 2 minutes.
Strain the tea into

serving cups using a tea strainer.
Sweeten the tea with your preferred sweetener to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Tip
- Garnish the tea with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
