Brown Sugar Overnight Oats is a delicious breakfast dish that uses old-fashioned oats soaked overnight in yogurt, milk, and brown sugar. Make it using my easy recipe.
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and stir together.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Give the oats a stir.
Add some more milk if they are thick for your liking and stir well.
Check for sweetness and add more maple syrup if needed.
Transfer the oats into serving bowls and top with a pinch of cinnamon, 1-2 teaspoon brown sugar, and 1-2 tablespoon chopped pecans. Enjoy!

If you want to make the recipe vegan, skip dairy yogurt and milk and use any plant-based yogurt and milk, such as coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk.
