This Mint Chutney (Pudina Chutney) is a great accompaniment to your stuffed parathas, pakoras, biryanis, and chaat. Make this refreshing chutney using my easy recipe.
Blend to make a smooth chutney. Scrape the sides of the jar a few times while making the chutney.
Transfer the chutney to a glass container and secure the lid. Use as desired.

You can adjust the green chilies as per your taste. Use any variety of green chili that is available to you. Jalapeno or Habanero peppers work great in this recipe.
