Banana Pudding Brownies(Banana Pudding Blondie) is a perfect combination of chewy fudgy brownies and an old-fashioned banana pudding. Try my easy recipe here.
Grease a 10x9-inch baking dish with butter or oil or line it with parchment paper.
Make The Cream Cheese Mix
Add cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and whisk using a wire whisk until soft.
Add egg, vanilla extract, and confectioner’s sugar to the bowl and whisk well to combine. Set this mixture aside.
Make The Brownie Batter
In another medium-sized mixing bowl, add banana cake mix, eggs, walnuts, and oil.
Add milk and whisk well to combine.
Bake The Banana Brownie
Pour the cake mix batter into a greased 10×9 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Use a skewer to pass through and make swirls.
Keep the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Pull out the tray and arrange the vanilla wafers over the brownie.
Bake for another 10-12 minutes. The center will still be a little soft when you take it out.
Place the dish on a cooling rack to cool completely. Then refrigerate before cutting into pieces.

Notes
You can replace walnuts with pecans or almonds. These brownies are a little soft when baked, but they firm up once cooled down. Baking them extra might make them hard.Top these brownies with a dollop of whipped cream while serving to make them even more indulgent.Instead of keeping the wafers whole over the brownies, you can crush them and spread them all over the brownies.
