sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
Add milk, condensed milk, and chocolate to a pan and cook on medium heat until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir frequently.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
Whisk yogurt, water, and sugar in a bowl using a wire whisk until the mixture is frothy and the sugar is dissolved.
Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the bowl and whisk until combined.
Pour the lassi into serving glasses and add a few ice cubes to each glass.
Chill the glasses.
Five minutes in the freezer before pouring keeps the lassi colder, longer. Small move, big impact.
Garnish with chocolate curls and serve chilled.
