chilled plain yogurt (dahi, curd)

chilled milk

peeled and grated cucumber

chopped mint leaves

chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)

chopped green chilies

roasted cumin powder

Instructions
Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
The consistency of the cucumber raita should be thick but flowy. Add more water if needed to reach that consistency.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
