Honey Garlic Fish is a flavorful dish made using fish fillets and a delicious combination of honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Serve it with quinoa or rice!
Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and black pepper powder in a medium mixing bowl.
Wash the fish pieces and pat them dry using paper tissues.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add oil and let the oil heat up.
Place the fish pieces on the heated pan in a single layer and cook for a minute on each side.
Pour the sauce mixture over the fish and cook for 2-3 minutes until it reduces and becomes sticky.
Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.

Notes
I used boneless basa pieces, but you can use any white fish. Cod, tilapia, halibut, sole, and grouper, etc work great in this recipe. You can also use salmon if you wish to.I did not add salt to this recipe as the soy sauce is very salty. If you feel the salt is less for you, add it as per your taste.
