Ingredients

  • ¼ cup strongly brewed light roast coffee or 2 shots of blonde espresso preferably at room temperature
  • ¼ cup chilled milk whole milk, skim milk, or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • ice as required

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour coffee, milk, and vanilla syrup into the glass and stir gently.
  • Note: You can adjust the amount of milk and vanilla syrup as per your taste.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Want to add more flavor to the iced latte? Add in a little ground cinnamon. It adds a unique flavor to the vanilla iced coffee.
You can also freeze some brewed coffee in ice cube trays and use them to make the latte instead of plain ice cubes. This trick will not dilute your coffee as you sip on it.
