Make this Starbucks Copycat Iced Pumpkin Latte at home in just 5 minutes. It's made using real pumpkin, can be made with your choice of milk (dairy or plant-based), and is perfect to sip in warmer fall and autumn.
Add all the ingredients except the ice and whipped cream to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
Check for the sweetener and add more if needed.
Add 6-8 ice cubes per glass into 2 serving glasses.
Pour the coffee over ice.
Top with whipped cream (optional) and sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.
