Peel kiwi fruits using a sharp knife and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Add the kiwi cubes, sugar, and lime juice to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the kiwi puree equally into 2 tall glasses.
Top with chilled club soda and stir using a stirrer or a long spoon until combined.
Add a few ice cubes to the glasses and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

You can replace mint with basil leaves.Adjust the quantity of sugar as per your taste and preference. You can also use honey instead of sugar as an alternative.
