This Cafe-Style 3-ingredient homemade Korean Strawberry Milk is a delicious and refreshing drink made using fresh or frozen strawberries, sugar, and milk. Follow my easy recipe to make this beverage at home.
Rinse strawberries and chop off their top leafy part.
Note – If using frozen strawberries, then thaw them to room temperature.
Add the strawberries to a blender and blend to make a smooth puree.
Make Strawberry Syrup
Add the strawberry puree, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of chopped strawberries to a pan and cook on medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture come down to room temperature.
Refrigerate the strawberry syrup for 1-2 hours until it is chilled.
Assemble The Strawberry Milk
Take 2 16-ounce (500 ml) glasses and divide the cooled strawberry syrup between each glass.
Swirl it up and around the glass to make a pattern.
Add 2 tablespoon of chopped strawberries to each glass.
Now pour 1 cup of chilled milk of your choice into each glass and serve immediately with a stirrer.
Stir well before sipping.
Note – You can top the drink with some whipped cream or ice cream. You can also add a few ice cubes to the glasses.

Notes
This milk can be made without cooking the strawberries. You can directly add them to the glass and mash well using a masher. But I feel that making strawberry syrup makes the milk more flavorful and rich.If you like your milk sweeter, add more sugar to the syrup.
