Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer. Press the juice with the back of a ladle to get as much juice and then discard the leftover pulp.
Serve over ice.

You can also make the juice using canned lychees, but the taste will not be as fresh and refreshing.Add some ginger or gooseberry while blending if you wish to.If the lychees are very sweet, you can replace sugar with honey or maple syrup or skip the sweetener altogether.
