Ingredients
For The Syrup

granulated white sugar

room temperature water

tablespoon
grated ginger
For The Lemonade
½

mango puree
½
cup
freshly squeezed lemon juice

chilled water
Ice cubes
as required
mint leaves
for garnishing

Instructions
Make The Syrup
Add sugar, room temperature water, and ginger to a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sugar syrup is slightly thickened.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool down for 10 minutes.
Strain the syrup using a fine-mesh strainer.
Make The Lemonade
Add mango puree, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a pitcher.
Top with chilled water and mix well.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Add a few ice cubes into tall serving glasses. Pour the lemonade over the ice.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
