Mango Ginger Lemonade is a must-try cooler for summer. Mix it up using my simple recipe and relish it chilled!. Here is how to make it.

    About This Recipe

Mango Lemonade is a refreshing twist to your regular lemonade. Apart from lemon, sugar and water, it has fresh mango puree which makes it a perfect summer delight. It is super easy to make and comes together in just 15 minutes.

Make a big pitcher and sip it through out the day. It is also a great drink to serve the crowd. You can add in white rum, gin or vodka to make a delicious cocktail for summer soirees.

    Ingredients

Mango Puree – Alphonso is the perfect mango variety to use for this lemonade, as they are sweet and juicy. You can use any variety of mangoes, but make sure they are sweet and juicy.

Lemon – Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the refreshing flavour.

Sugar – Adjust according to your taste. You can also add in honey or stevia instead.

Others – Ginger, water, mint leaves, cold water and ice cubes are other few ingredients used in this mango lemonade.

You can even use fresh basil leaves instead of mint leaves.

    Serving Suggestions

Sip on this refreshing mango lemonade on a summer evening or through out the day. You can also double or triple the recipe and make a big pitcher for your summer soirees, barbecues or a simple weekend lunch/dinner.

You can also freeze it into popsicle molds and enjoy it on a super hot day.

    Storing Suggestions

Mango lemonade tastes the best when served fresh. You can even refrigerate it for 5 to 6 hours, if you like it chilled during summers. I do not recommend to freeze it.

You can prepare and freeze the mango puree instead for about 6 months. Just thaw the puree and add it with other ingredients to make yourself a refreshing lemonade.

You might also like these lemonades:

    • Strawberry Basil Lemonade
    • Mulberry Lemonade
    • Litchi Lemonade
    • Nimbu Shikanji (Spiced Indian Lemonade)
