Ingredients

mint leaves
packed, rinsed

teaspoon
chopped ginger

tablespoons
freshly squeezed lime juice

sugar

roasted cumin powder

chaat masala powder

teaspoon
black pepper powder

teaspoons
black salt
½
cup
water
chilled club soda (soda water)
as required
ice cubes

Instructions
Add mint leaves, ginger, lime juice, sugar, cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, black salt, and water in the small jar of a blender.
Blend to make a smooth paste.
Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
Add 4-5 tablespoon of this mixture into a tall serving glass.
Add a few ice cubes.
Top the glass with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves and serve immediately.
Assemble the other glasses in the same manner.
