Ingredients

mulberries
fresh or frozen
¼
cup
sugar

tablespoons
freshly squeezed lemon juice
500
milliliters
chilled club soda
Ice cubes
as required
mint leaves
for garnishing

Instructions
Add mulberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a blender jar.
Blend to make a smooth puree.
Pass the puree through a fine-mesh strainer.
Add 4-5 ice cubes into 2 serving glasses each.
Divide the mulberry mixture between the two glasses.
Top with chilled club soda and mix to combine.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.

If using frozen mulberries, then thaw them for 10 minutes before blending.
