Instructions
Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, dry red chilies and black peppercorns over medium heat until lightly browned. Stir frequently while roasting.
Remove the pan from heat and let the spices cool.
Add roasted ingredients to a grinder along with asafetida and black salt.
Grind to make a fine powder. Store in an airtight container and use as desired.
