Schezwan Paneer Fried Rice
is an Indo Chinese rice preparation where cooked rice is stir fried with paneer, veggies and schezwan sauce. Make this at home using my easy recipe.

Ingredients

oil

paneer
cut into ½ inch cubes

teaspoon
finely chopped ginger

teaspoons
finely chopped garlic

chopped vegetables
I used a mix of carrots, green beans, mixed bell peppers and green cabbage

chopped spring onion greens

dry red chilies

Schezwan sauce

hot sauce

white vinegar

soy sauce

tomato ketchup

cooked and cooled white rice

Instructions
Fry The Paneer
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Arrange paneer in the pan in a single layer and fry them from both sides until browned.
Remove on a plate and set aside.
Make The Fried Rice
Increase the heat to high.
Add ginger and garlic to the pan and fry for 10-12 seconds.
Add vegetables and saute for about a minute.
Add spring onion greens and cook for 4-5 seconds.
Now add dry red chilies, Schezwan sauce, hot sauce, white vinegar, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, and, MSG, and cook for minute.
Add rice and fried paneer and mix everything well. Cook for a minute.
Garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot.
