Ingredients

apples
cored and thinly sliced

pears
cored and thinly sliced

pineapple
cut into ½ inch pieces

pomegranate kernels

pitted and halved

lemon juice

dark brown sugar

tablespoon
honey

cup
melted butter

ground cinnamon

ground nutmeg

chopped roasted pecans

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
Mix the fruits in a bowl.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Mix dark brown sugar, honey, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another small bowl.
Pour the mixture over the fruits and mix well.
Transfer the fruits to an 8x6-inch baking tray.
Keep the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle pecans on top. Scoop in serving plates and serve hot.
Notes
You can skip 1-2 fruits that you don't have at hand or add other fruits that you like. Avoid using melons in this recipe though.
