Pull out the banana and strawberries from the freezer and thaw them for 10 minutes.
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to the medium jar of a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick for your liking. Add more honey if needed.
Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve chilled.
