Made using 6 simple ingredients in 5 minutes, this no banana Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie is a great way to start the day. Serve this easy and delicious smoothie for breakfast or an evening snack.
Add the frozen berries to the large jar of a high-speed blender.
If your blender is not high-power, then thaw the frozen berries for 10 minutes for easy blending.
Add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey to the jar.
Blend until smooth.
Add some more milk if the smoothie is thick for your liking. Check for sweetness and add some more honey if needed.
Pour into 2 serving glasses. Garnish with some more berries and a sprig of mint and serve chilled.
