Add all the ingredients to the jar of a high-speed blender.
Tip – If the berries are frozen for a long time, just thaw them for 10 minutes for easy blending.
Blend until smooth.
Add some milk if the smoothie is thick for your liking. Check for sweetness and add some sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, etc) if needed.
Pour into 2 tall serving glasses and serve immediately.
Note - Add a few ice cubes to each glass if you like your smoothie super chilled.

Swap out the cranberry juice for orange juice, apple juice, or pineapple juice.To make the smoothie more filling and wholesome, top it with fresh berries, granola, or shredded coconut before serving.
