Combine water, ground turmeric (or grated fresh turmeric), lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), black pepper powder, and grated ginger in a large pitcher.
Stir thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.
If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the lemonade through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the grated turmeric and ginger pieces.
Pour the lemonade into glasses over ice cubes.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch. Serve chilled.
