    Hi Dr Neha

I tried one of your recipes yesterday, Tofu & Chickpeas Patty… It taste nice but I can’t seems to get the paste into patty instead, it became more like a pancake as the whole mixture doesn’t seem to stick together. Maybe can you let me know why is it so? Is it because of the tofu? I used those soft white tofu in the packet. I also used canned chickpeas. I hope you could let me know if there’s something that I missed out?

    Thank you, Priscilla

Not sure what went wrong Priscella. may be the variety of tofu you used is different than mine which made the consistency of the mixture thinner. You can add some bread crumbs to the mixture next time you are making the patties. They will help hold the mixture. Also drain the chickpeas very nicely.

    Hey Neha,
I have one doubt related to cooking. I try to make a nice tomato puree for butter chicken, but it taste sour. I tried making that with honey it became too sweet. I would love to have your advice on how to make butter chicken better in fact how to make a better tomato puree

To make Butter Chicken, I always use readymade Tomato Puree. It is very difficult to get that taste in homemade ones. But I will still share a good home made tomato puree recipe soon.
