Sesame Pineapple Pepper Fry
Sesame Pineapple Pepper Fry Recipe is a flavourful and easy to make, sizzling, sweet, spicy and tangy asian style dish that instantly wins your taste buds.
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Mixed Colour peppers Cubed
- 1 cup Pineapple Cubed
- 2 and 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp White Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp Spring Onion Greens Chopped
Heat sesame oil in a wok.
When oil becomes hot add mixed bell peppers.
Saute them on high flame for 4-5 mins.
They must remain crunchy.
Add pineapple pieces along with red chilli sauce, salt, chilli flakes and honey.
Toss everything nicely.
Add lemon juice and switch off the flame.
Add white and black sesame seeds and mix well.
Garnish with spring onion greens.
Serve immediately .
