About Cheese Ramen Noodles

Cheese Ramen Noodles are instant ramen noodles with cheese. They are a delicious Korean-inspired one-pot meal in which ramen is made cheesy and rich with milk, cheese, and butter.

These cheesy ramen became quite popular on TikTok during the lockdown and soon became the lockdown comfort food due to their easy preparation and incredible cheesy taste. I got tempted to try them out, too, and I am glad I did.

Cheese ramen is filling, requires minimal effort and ingredients, and comes together in 5 minutes. These noodles are my go-to whenever I am pressed for time and still want to make something delicious.

Preparing these instant noodles with cheese and milk makes the spicy ramen a little milder and cheesy, which kids and adults love.

Serve these alone or top them with a fried egg for a quick and comforting meal.

You can get the ramen noodles from any large grocery store, Asian specialty stores, or online.

I have used cheddar cheese here, but you can select from various kinds of cheese, such as mozzarella, gouda, American, monetary jack, parmesan, or any other cheese you prefer. You can also use a mix of 2-3 cheeses.

If you live in India, processed cheese like Amul or Brittania also works fine.

Milk is used to make the broth rich and creamy.

These cheese noodles are flavored with instant noodles’ seasoning spices, garlic powder, and black pepper powder. You can adjust the seasonings to your taste.

    1. You can add chilli flakes as per your taste. The name says cheesy, so the noodles are expected to be cheesy :).
