Broccoli cooked with olive oil and other ingredients in the air fryer, which is healthy and yummy at the same time. It just takes 10 minutes to prepare and you have a great side dish for your Grilled Recipes or even to serve as a side with your healthy meals.
Perfectly roasted and crispy, even your kids will love this as a side dish or even for a healthy mid-day snack. If you ask me, this Broccoli cooked in an air fryer is very addictive and you will often find me snacking on this.

Broccoli – Use Broccoli florets for this recipe. Well, you can include stem too if you want, but this tastes great when only made with florets.
Olive Oil – Use a good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it makes a huge difference in the taste. Also, you don’t need a lot of it, just a few tablespoons.
Seasonings – To give this Broccoli a little flavor and taste, you will need garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. These ingredients add a perfect amount of heat and spiciness to this Broccoli dish.
Lemon Juice – Squeeze a little lemon juice on the top, for that extra tanginess.
Step By Step Recipe
Transfer broccoli in a bowl.

Add EV olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and chilli flakes and toss well.

Transfer it in the basket of the air fryer. Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 4 minutes. Toss and air fry for another 4 minutes.

Cook for another minute or two if you like it crispier. Drizzle lemon juice and serve immediately.

Tempura – Mix together all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Next, whisk together eggs and water in another bowl. In the third bowl, stir together Panko and a little oil.
Now dip the Broccoli in flour mixture, then in egg mixture, and lastly in panko mixture to coat. now, air fry them till they are golden brown.
