    About This Recipe

A bowl of hot Maggie is the most comforting thing you will ever need on a dull day. From kids to adults, there is no one who doesn’t like Maggie. And it gets even better when Maggie gets a cheesy twist with this Chilli Cheese Maggie.

Each and every one of us has a fond memory of Maggi. Isn’t it? We can say, that it is the ultimate comfort food in India.

It tastes even more delicious in the cold weather or when the rain is pouring in! So the days I am too lazy to make those delicious Pakoras, I make Maggie. And not just the simple Maggie, I like to give it a twist and make it even more delicious with exciting flavors. Check out my 3 innovative Maggi recipes.

A super quick comfort food for any time meals; this Cheesy Maggi is a favorite of many! This recipe gets done in 5 minutes…

This Maggi recipe is super simple to make. It can be made using cheese blocks, grated cheese, or even cheese slices. Make it with or without vegetables as per your request taste. It is also instant, very tasty, and flavorful, and economical.

Although it is not the healthiest option, I think that occasional indulgence should always be allowed.

    This Cheese Maggi Recipe is,

    • Instant
    • Addictive
    • Delicious + Flavourful
    • Economical
    • Cheesy

    Ingredients

    Cheese Maggi Ingredients.

Oil – You can use any vegetable oil to make this Maggie. You can also use butter or ghee instead of oil.

Maggie – You will need a packet of classic maggie masala along with the seasoning (Tastemaker).

Green Chillies – Green Chillies adds the much-needed spiciness to Maggie. You can adjust the amount of green chilies as per your spice level.

Veggies – Add in some veggies such as peas and carrots. You can add more vegetables of your choice to prepare this delicious cheesy Maggie. A great way to feed your kids those important veggies.

Cheese – I have added processed cheese in this Maggie, as it adds the perfect cheesy texture. You can also add cheddar cheese or a combination of both for a more prominent cheese taste.

Coriander – Lastly, garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. It adds a beautiful green color with some extra freshness.

    Pro Tips By Neha

Add in more cheese, if you like the Maggie to be extra cheesy.

I like to make it spicy, and thus I add lots of green chilies. You can either skip them or adjust the amount as per your taste.

This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.

Load it up with a lot of veggies, if you are making it for your kids. It’s a great way to feed veggies to your kids.

This recipe tastes good only when made fresh. DO NOT make it beforehand.

You can top the ready cheese Maggi with more shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese and red chili flakes. Crispy Fried Onions also makes for a great topping.

    Serving Suggestions

Serve Chilli Cheese Maggie on its own for a comforting and light meal or as a snack with a hot cup of Masala Chai or Filter Coffee.

Make it fresh and serve, because it will lose its taste and texture both if kept for longer.
