Make sure you cook the eggs on low heat and while cooking always pull the cooking edges from the outside to the centre.
Eggs are delicate and they cook very fast, so make sure you stop the cooking when they are 90 percent done. Take them out of the pan, because they might cook more from the carryover heat.
