    About This Recipe

Pumpkin Spice Martini is a delicious cocktail loaded with fall and winter flavors. It is creamy, rich, mildly sweet, and smooth and comes together in under 5 minutes.

It is made using fall essentials like Pumpkin Puree, Pumpkin Spice, and Bailey’s and is a perfect drink to get warm and cozy.

Make this martini with pumpkin spice for your holiday get-togethers and house parties.

    Ingredients

    Pumpkin spice martini ingredients 1

Pumpkin – Use canned pumpkin puree or make it home using my easy Homemade Pumpkin Puree Recipe.

Pumpkin Pie Spice – Make it at home using my easy recipe or buy a jar.

Sugar Syrup – I make my own sugar syrup. You can also use other sweeteners like maple syrup, or sugar-free substitutes.

Bailey’s – The Irish cream adds a rich and creamy flavor to this drink.

Vodka – The base of this martini is vodka. You can use any vodka of your choice.

Vanilla – Use a good quality vanilla extract for the best taste.

    Pumpkin Spice martini Rimming Ingredients.

For Rimming – Rim the serving glasses with maple syrup, castor sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.

Pumpkin Liqueur? If you have a bottle of pumpkin liqueur, this is the perfect recipe to use it. Replace vodka with pumpkin liqueur and keep the rest of the recipe the same.

Whipped Cream – It is optional but I like to garnish my drink with just a dollop of whipped cream.

How To Make Pumpkin Spice Martini

    Rim The Glass

Start by rimming the serving glass. Mix together castor sugar and pumpkin pie spice on a shallow plate.

All the ingredients added to a cocktail shaker.

Shake well and strain the cocktail in the ready glass.

    Pro Tips By Neha

Do not skip rimming the glass. With every sip you take, the spices from the rimming will make autumn flavors burst in your mouth.

Use a martini glass to serve the drink. It has a large rim and you can enjoy the spiced sugar throughout your drink.

Chilling the glasses before pouring the cocktail makes sure the drink stays chilled for a longer time.

Use the leftover spiced sugar (rimming sugar) in your coffee or tea.

This cocktail recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
