What is Spiced Pumpkin Martini?
Creamy, sweet, rich, and smooth, Pumpkin Spice Martini is loaded with fall flavors. It is made using fall essentials like Pumpkin Puree, Pumpkin Spice, and Bailey’s and is a perfect drink to get warm and cozy.
It has always been a favorite when the fall and winter set in! Once you try it, you are not trying anything else in winters! I often make this Martini with Pumpkin Spice, for my holiday get-togethers and house parties.

Pumpkin – Use canned puree or make it home using my easy Homemade Pumpkin Puree Recipe.
Pumpkin Pie Spice – Makeit at home using my easy recipe.
Sugar Syrup – I make my own sugar syrup. You can use other sweeteners like maple syrup, sugar-free, etc too.
Bailey’s – The Irish Cream adds a nice and subtle coffee flavour along with making it nice and creamy.
Whipped Cream – To make it extra creamy, add some whipped cream on top. Yummy!
Vodka – The base of this Martini is Vodka. You can use any vodka of your choice.
Vanilla – Add some notes of vanilla with this vanilla extract. Use a good quality vanilla extract, for the best result and flavor.
For Rimming – To make the Martini look even more appealing, we will create rimming with maple syrup, castor sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. So when you take a sip, you will get the taste of these three ingredients with your every sip.
Pumpkin Liqueur? If you have Pumpkin Liqueur, this is the perfect recipe to use it. Replace vodka with pumpkin Liqueur and keep the remaining the same.
Step by Step Recipe
We will start by rimming the serving glass. Mix castor sugar and pumpkin spice in a shallow plate.
Brush the rim of the martini glasses with maple syrup and then press in the sugar to coat the rim.
Freeze the glass for for 15-20 minutes to get a nice frost.
For the cocktail, add vodka, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, sugar syrup, baileys, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well and strain the cocktail in the ready glasses.
Top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.

- 60 ml Vodka
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- 30 ml Bailey's
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- Whipped Cream (optional)
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Castor Sugar
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
