About Pumpkin Spice Milk

Pumpkin Spice Milk is a comforting drink made by spicing milk with Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Five minutes and five ingredients are all you need to make this deliciously creamy beverage perfect for the fall season.

It is easy to make, caffeine-free.

I prefer to enjoy it hot on a cold night, but you can also serve it chilled with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

You can turn this into a Pumpkin Spiced Latte by adding a shot of espresso or dark coffee.

Ingredients

Pumpkin spice milk ingredients.

Milk – I like to use whole milk (full-fat milk), as it makes the drink super rich and creamy. You can also opt for skim milk or low-fat milk.

To make it vegan, you can use plant-based milk, such as almond, coconut, or oat milk.

Pumpkin Puree – I make my pumpkin puree at home, but you can also use store-bought canned puree.

Maple Syrup – Adjust according to your taste. You can substitute it with honey (not vegan) or brown sugar.

Pumpkin Pie Spice – I add homemade pumpkin pie spice, but you can buy a bottle.

Vanilla Extract – Use a good quality pure vanilla extract.
