About Pumpkin Spice Milk
5 minutes and 5 ingredients are all you need to make this deliciously creamy Pumpkin Spice Milk perfect for the fall season.
It is easy to make, caffeine free, and packed with health benefits.
I prefer to enjoy it hot on a cold night, but you can also serve it chilled with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
You can turn this into a Pumpkin Spiced Latte by adding a shot of espresso or dark coffee.
This recipe is vegetarian and gluten-free and can be easily made vegan. You can also scale it up as per your requirements.
Ingredients
Milk – I like to use whole milk (full-fat milk) as it makes the drink super rich and creamy. You can even opt for skim milk or low-fat milk too.
To make it vegan, you can use any plant-based milk, such as almond, coconut, oat, or any other milk you choose.
Pumpkin Puree – I make my pumpkin puree at home, but you can also use a store-bought canned pumpkin puree.
Maple Syrup – Adjust according to your taste. You can substitute it with honey (not vegan) or brown sugar.
Pumpkin Pie Spice – I add homemade pumpkin pie spice, but you can buy a bottle.
Vanilla Extract – Use a good quality pure vanilla extract.
Storage Suggestions
This pumpkin pie spiced milk can be easily refrigerated in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
Reheat it in a pan until hot before serving. If you are serving it chilled, then shake it well before pouring it into the serving glasses.
