Sip strawberry and cucumber juice on a hot summer afternoon to stay hydrated, serve it for your weekend brunch or barbecues, or enjoy it as a snack whenever hunger strikes.

Ingredients

You will need 4 simple ingredients to make Strawberry and Cucumber Juice – Fresh strawberries, cucumber, red apple, and carrots.

Select red, juicy strawberries and avoid those that are bruised or have black patches.

English cucumbers are the best, but you can use any cucumber easily available. Make sure to use fresh, crisp cucumbers.

Red apples and carrots add to the sweetness and make the juice more refreshing.

To vary this juice, add other ingredients such as ginger, orange, celery, mint leaves, and grapes.

Add a little lime or lemon juice for a tangy drink.

You can also add a pinch of chia seeds to the juice.

Adding a splash of vodka, tequila, or white rum to this fresh strawberry and cucumber juice makes a refreshing cocktail.

Pro Tips By Neha

You can use this juice to make mocktails and cocktails.

The leftover pulp makes excellent plant fertilizer. Please don’t throw it away; add it to the soil and enrich it.

Storage Suggestions

You can store the leftover juice in airtight containers for 1-2 days. Fill the glass bottle or jar as much as possible to reduce the amount of air inside. This step will help to minimise the oxidation and discoloration of the juice. Store the juice in the coldest part of your refrigerator. Shake well before serving.

You can also freeze it for upto a month. Thaw and serve.
