Pro Tips By Neha

You can thin the sauce using water, pickle, relish, or lime juice if the sauce is too thick.

You can adjust the quantity of the ingredients depending on your taste buds.

Variations

Garlic Parmesan: Add some grated parmesan cheese and roasted garlic to the original recipe for a rich and savory twist.

Vegan: If you want to make a vegan version, you can replace the regular mayonnaise with eggless vegan mayonnaise.

Sweet: To add a touch of sweetness, add some honey, brown sugar, or maple syrup to the sauce.

Spicy: For those who like it hot, add more hot sauce, cayenne pepper, or diced jalapeños to the original recipe.

You can also add seasonings like cajun spice powder, 5 spice powder, 7 spice, etc., for a fun twist.

Usage Ideas

Well, you can use it in anything. When I say anything, I mean anything.

This sauce goes well with grilled chicken, vegetables, or fish.

It is a fantastic dipping sauce with chicken tenders, onion rings, sweet potato fries, French fries, and Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges.

Use it in your burgers, hotdogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, wraps, rolls, or tacos.

Serve this creamy sauce with your chips, nachos, or other crackers.

It also tastes great with deep-fried snacks like chicken tempura.

You can use it as a dip or a spread in your sandwiches. I sometimes even like to use it as my salad dressing.

Storage Suggestions

You can refrigerate this sauce for up to a month. Just make sure there are no fresh ingredients added to it.

The more this sauce sits, the more the flavors can combine, and the better it tastes.

You can freeze the leftover sauce in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Thaw and serve.

  1. I followed this to the letter, but even though this was close there was something missing to my taste buds. Boom Boom has this almost citrusy sweetness to its tang.

So I juiced a clementine and whisked that into the bowl. Wow! Not sure if that’s what was specifically needed, but it elevated the sauce from good to eating it off the spoon.

  2. we used to serve Boom Boom Tacos at the restaurant. Big Hit with the customers.

Especially good on Pulled Pork Tacos
