Ingredients
Feta Cheese – Use goat’s milk or sheep’s milk feta cheese, whichever is easily available. For the best result, use soft Feta cheese packed in brine instead of a vacuum-packed block.
Bring the cheese to room temperature to soften a little, making blending easier.
If feta cheese is unavailable, you can use goat cheese or any other soft white cheese.
Cream Cheese and Yogurt – Adding cream cheese and Greek yogurt makes the dip creamier, smoother, and fluffier. You can replace yogurt with mayonnaise or sour cream for a richer dip.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – Use the best quality one!
Lemon Zest – Adds freshness to the dip, which makes it so refreshing to eat.
Garlic – Fresh garlic gives a lovely flavor to the dip.

- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon lime zest
- 1 finely chopped small clove garlic
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Blend for at least 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
Blending for at least 3-4 minutes is important to create a creamy texture.
Scrap the sides a few times while blending.
Note: If you do not own a high-speed blender, crumble the feta before mixing it with the other ingredients.
Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
