Mango strawberry sunrise is a sweet and fruity drink that is prepared with just 3 ingredients – strawberry puree, mango juice and basil leaves. This drink comes together in just a minute if the ingredients are handy.

The combination of strawberry and mango gives an illusion of sunrise and hence the name. This drink is easy, quick, and super refreshing. I often prepare it at home to sip during hot summer afternoons, to serve it to our guests, or to enjoy it with our weekend brunch. Check out the super simple recipe!

    This drink is,

    • Sweet + Fruity
    • Refreshing
    • Easy to make
    • Perfect for summers

    Ingredients

This summer drink needs just 3 ingredients – strawberry puree, mango juice and basil leaves.

You can make strawberry puree at home using fresh, red, and juicy strawberries. If strawberries are not available, you can also use strawberry crush which is easily available in the market.

The same goes with the mango juice, either make fresh juice at home or buy the tetra pack.

Finish off the drink with some fresh basil leaves. You can even substitute it with fresh mint leaves.

    Storage Suggestions

You can prepare strawberry puree and mango juice ahead of time and store it in a mason jar for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Just pour them in the glass and serve!
