Ingredients

Dates milkshake ingredients.

Milk – For a rich and creamy milkshake, use whole (full-fat) milk. To make the shake healthier, you can use low-fat or skim milk.

To make a vegan milkshake, use plant-based milk, such as coconut, oat, soy, or almond milk.

Dates – To make dates shake, use the best quality seedless dates. I prefer Medjool dates, as they have thin skin, softer flesh, and a rich caramel-like taste.

Banana – Freezing the banana makes the shake super creamy and luscious. Do not miss this step.

Honey – Adjust it to your liking. For a vegan version, you can replace it with maple syrup or agave nectar.

Vanilla Extract – It gives a lovely flavor to this shake.

Variations

You can replace vanilla extract with ground cardamom powder, ground cinnamon powder, or ground nutmeg powder.

You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt to make this shake creamy and luscious.
