Ingredients

You just need a big pitcher of water and a few more ingredients such as – fresh starfruit, strawberries, and mint leaves.

Both starfruit and strawberries are seasonal and great to include in your detox water in summer. Both these fruits make the water a little fruity and yummy to drink.

You can choose ripe starfruit or a slightly green one, both will have their own unique flavor. Pick the ones that are firm and fresh and not limp.

Strawberries should be red and juicy. Avoid the ones that have blemishes and soft patches.

How To Make Starfruit Detox Water

Wash a starfruit and cut it into 0.25-inch thick slices.

Add the slices to a large pitcher. Add mint leaves and halved strawberries.

Pour 4 liters of water into the pitcher. Refrigerate the pitcher for 3-4 hours.

Serve the water chilled along with a few pieces of starfruits and strawberries. You can use a large spoon to take out the fruits.

Pro Tips By Neha

Once you have finished all the infused water, you can use the same set of fruits to make one more batch.

Keep the water infused for about 2 to 4 hours for a lighter flavor or overnight if you like strong flavors.

You can experiment with more fruits and herbs and add them to make it a little more flavorful.
