About Passion Fruit Juice
Learn how to make refreshing Passion Fruit Juice at home in 5 minutes with my easy recipe.
This passion fruit drink is loaded with tropical flavors and refreshing to sip on hot summer days.
To make this tropical juice, the fruit pulp is blended with sugar and water, and the juice is strained through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
Know that the passion fruit seeds are edible, but they won’t feel great while sipping the juice, and hence, I prefer straining the liquid.
It is vegan, needs basic pantry ingredients, and can be customized to your taste. If the fruits are too tart, add more sugar; if they are sweet, reduce the sugar. You can add more or less water to thin down the juice.
Homemade juice is also free of artificial stabilizers, synthetic vitamins, and chemical colors.
My passion fruit juice recipe serves 2 people, but you can double or triple the recipe to make for a bigger crowd.
