Walnut Pomegranate Chicken is a popular Middle Eastern Chicken dish where Chicken is cooked in a gravy flavored with walnuts and pomegranate molasses.

Walnut Pomegranate Chicken is a delicious curry based dish that we had eaten some months back in a restaurant. It is a Middle Eastern dish that completely tickles your taste buds.

Loaded with the goodness of walnuts and pomegranate, Walnut Pomegranate Chicken has a slightly tangy and sweet taste from the pomegranate and goes very well with Zeera Rice on the side. I made this dish for a project some time back and loved it so much that had to prepare it again and share it with my growing Whisk Affair Community.

I made pomegranate molasses from scratch, but if you are pressed due to time, you can buy a readymade version as well.

The flavour of this Chicken is so unique that you would take some time to soak it in! The moment you fully experience the culinary charisma, I am sure you would feel like savouring it again and again.

Walnut powder and the pomegranate molasses not only make the gravy of this dish thicker but they even grant it a unique flavour which I am sure many of you must not have tasted! Serve luscious Walnut Pomegranate Chicken with rice or Laccha Parathas, the choice is yours. Your loved ones are sure to admire and yearn for this Middle Eastern motley!

You have to use raw chicken. I usually buy stock cubes and use them.
