Mooli Dill Raita is one of the most simplest yet the healthiest side that probably you would ever make for your meals! It goes very well with any Indian meal. Here is how to make Mooli Dill Raita.
Just a few days to go for Holi and Mr. Sun is turning all yellow and scorching hot with fury! As much as I love summer for its seasonal fruits, I hate the fact that the climate and heat become so unbearable at times.
But as always, I find a hack out to make our day to day lives more streamlined and sustainable despite sunny days trying their best to drain us out. The more you feed yourself coolers, hydrating meals, the less burned out you feel in summer.
Hence, be it for breakfast, brunch, lunch, supper or dinner, I make sure to serve enriching salads, coolers and accompaniments during this season.
So, Cucumber Buttermilk, Spiced Buttermilk, Beetroot Buttermilk along with Bhindi Raita and others become a part of our staple diet as soon as summer strikes. Recently, after trying Mooli Dill Raita at a party, I am all convinced to include it as well on our #SummerSpecial menu!
Mooli Dill Raita is one of the most simplest yet the healthiest side that probably you would ever make for your meals! Subtly popular as a root vegetable, radish or as we say mooli is full of juice and vital minerals.
Plus it being high on fiber, it really bolsters our health. As a result, Mooli ka Laccha, Mooli ki Bhujia and now even Mooli Dill Raita are always bookmarked as healthy recipes in my food diary.
Oops, coming back to Mooli Dill Raita, I have also generously used dill for making this accompaniment which happens to be a special, aromatic herb and trust me it enhances the taste of this raita manifold.
I am pretty sure that you would love this easy recipe, so I am leaving you today with its simple recipe – follow it and savour a delicious side as soon as you can:
