Farali Aloo Palak Sabzi Recipe has a pleasing softness, taste and nutrition which is sure to make you rejoice during fasting. Serve it with Rajgiri Paratha.
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger Grated
- 1-2 Green Chilli Slit into half
- 3-4 Potato Medium sized, Boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup Palak / Spinach Chopped
- Salt to taste
Heat ghee in a pan.
Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
Add ginger and green chilli and fry for a few seconds.
Mash the potatoes roughly with your hands and add them in the pan
Add chopped palak.
Add salt and 2 cups of water and cook the curry for 10-12 minutes.
Slightly mash the curry while cooking.
Serve hot with Kuttu Ki Poori.
