Strawberry Mango Shake combines the goodness of mangoes and strawberries. Though Summer is all set with its heat, I am unable to find those really sweet mangoes that I could use for Strawberry Mango Shake.
Thankfully, strawberries are still available and I can make this amazing cooler. I am not a huge fan of milk but I very well know that milk makes up to be an important part of our diet. Hence, I try to create recipes which give a different flavor to the milk and I can gulp the drink with ease.
I had recently made Dates and Honey Milkshake, Banana and Strawberry Milkshake, Mango Peach Milkshake. These fruits overpower the taste of milk in the shake, as a result people like me who do not love milk can sip these milkshakes without feeling annoyed.
In order to make Strawberry Mango Shake more appealing, I have added some honey as the mangoes that I had got were not very sweet. However, if you get some ripe, sweet mangoes around your home then you may skip the honey or reduce the amount of honey you use for this Shake.
As far as the fruits are concerned, mangoes clear our skin, lower cholesterol, improves eye health and digestion, it even boosts our immunity. When it comes to strawberry, as you may know, they are full of antioxidants such as vitamin C, they help in wrinkle prevention (eat them more, ladies!) and reduces inflammation. Now you have to make this Shake for sure!
Strawberry Mango Shake is also very filling as it is quite thick. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk according to your preferences. It can also be served for breakfast, as your family needs to remain energetic throughout the day.

Strawberry Mango Shake
Strawberry Mango Shake combines the goodness of mangoes and strawberries and is a great option for breakfast.
- 1 and 1/2 cup Mango peeled and chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cup Strawberries Chopped
- 1 litre Low Fat Milk
- 4 tbsp Honey
Add mango and strawberry in a blender.
Add little milk and blend to make a smooth paste.
Now add the remaining milk and honey and blend well.Garnish with strawberry and mango pieces and mint leaves.
You can add a few ice cubes if you wish to have the shake chilled.
